Terms & Conditions

1. The Pilot FriXion Win An iPhone Competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 11 years or over. Employees of Pilot Pen Company (UK) Limited are excluded, as are their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition.
2. All information detailing how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entries can only be submitted via the entry form on this web site and all relevant fields must be completed to be valid. Entries will be accepted from 24th May 2010. Entries will not be accepted after midnight on 3rd October 2010. Entry is restricted to one per household.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. Entrants who are under 16 must obtain a parent or guardian's permission.
6. There are eight prizes to be won. One winning entrant will be drawn at random each week, from week commencing 9th August 2010. Winners names and town or city of residence will be published on www.pilotpen.co.uk during the week following selection. Winners will be advised by email.
7. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries must not be submitted through agencies or third parties.
8. The winning entrants will each receive £875, which is based on the typical price, at the time of launching this promotion, of an iPhone 3GS, with 300 minutes per month and unlimited texts, for a 24 month period. No correspondence or negotiation will be entered into.
9. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
10. The winners’ names and towns / cities will remain on this web site until midnight on 31st October 2010.

12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
13. The Promoter is responsible for the publication and adjudication of this competition.
